To Our Residents and Families,

This Notice is to inform you that Lanessa Extended Care presently has one resident who tested positive for COVID-19, this resident is presently on precautions related to testing positive.

The safety and wellbeing of our residents is our top priority, and we are doing everything that we can to limit the spread of COVID-19 within the facility
