Update from Administrator – May 20, 2021

To Our Residents and Families,

This Notice is to  inform you that Lanessa Extended Care presently have two staff members who tested positive for COVID-19, staff are presently out on leave of absence  related to testing positive.

The safety and wellbeing of our residents is our top priority, and we are doing everything that we can to limit the spread of COVID-19 within the facility
