To Our Residents and Families,

This Notice is to inform you that Lanessa Extended Care presently has two staff members who tested positive for COVID-19, the staff members are presently out on leave related to testing positive.
The safety and wellbeing of our residents is our top priority, and we are doing everything that we can to limit the spread of COVID-19 within the facility
