As always, our team and I hope this email finds you safe and healthy. First off, I would like to wish each one of you Happy Labor Day. I know the times have been challenging and each one has worked hard in one way or the other.
I am pleased to report that we continue to remain COVID-free for both our staff and residents.
Thank You for all your support that you have been giving us during this difficult time. We are doing our best to keep our residents safe and happy. With that said, Grandparent’s Day is coming up on September 13th and we would like to do something special for our residents. If you have a grandparent in our facility and would like to send them a card, grandchildren pictures and/or drawings please drop off with the receptionist for your loved one. Please remember to label all items with the name of the grandparent. If you would rather send an email, please use recreation@lanessaextcare.com. Thank you for your efforts, we are sure this will help brighten their day!
As always, we continue to have outdoor visits Monday through Friday @ 10:30 AM or 2PM. Please you can schedule your visit by calling the building and ask to speak to April, our Activities Director or by sending an email to recreation@lanessaextcare.com
Family Survey
As you know more than anyone, it’s been some challenging times as our center has battled in keeping COVID-19 out of our facility. We are anticipating and working even harder as we know that it is possible that there might be a surge in the community with the change in season.
Our entire team has been at work planning for this possibility, and we would like your input as we continue to refine our strategy to keep all our residents and staff safe. To that end, we have developed this brief survey that we are asking family members and residents to complete. It will only take you a few minutes and will help us learn what your priorities and main concerns may be.
