This Notice is to inform you that Lanessa Extended Care presently has one staff member who tested positive for COVID-19, this staff member is presently out on leave related to testing positive.

The safety and wellbeing of our residents is our top priority, and we are doing everything that we can to limit the spread of COVID-19 within the facility

Dear Residents and Families,

I am reaching out today to offer my sincere apologies for a miscommunication in previous notification regarding our new Medical Director.  We had previously introduced Dr. Adnan Dahdul as our new Medical Director, however Dr.Adnan Dahdul was the interim Medical  Director, covering the facility while we wait for our  New Medical Director  Dr. Adekunle Fajana who has started at this facility July 11, 2022.   Dr. Adekunle Fajana is a graduate of Ibadan Medical school, Ibadan Nigeria, and completed his training in the field of Internal Medicine at St. Vincent Hospital Worcester. Dr. Adekunle Fajana comes to us with many years of experience to include Attending Physician at Mercy Hospital Emergency Department, Attending Physician Wing Hospital Palmer, and Athol Hospital to name a few. We are very pleased to have him joining our team and look forward to working with him as he looks forward to meeting all of you. Again, my sincere apologies, and please help us to welcome Dr. Adekunle Fajana.
